This Privacy Policy explains how p6x collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects the personal data of Filipino players who access the p6x Platform. p6x implements technical and organisational security measures proportionate to the sensitivity of the personal data we process. All data in transit is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Sensitive data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard mechanisms. Access to personal data within p6x is restricted to authorised personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.
p6x retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying legal, regulatory, and PAGCOR-mandated record-keeping obligations. Once the applicable retention period has expired, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data retention schedule.
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, Filipino players have legally enforceable rights over their personal data. p6x is committed to honouring those rights promptly and transparently. We maintain a dedicated privacy request process and respond to all valid data subject requests within the timeframe required by the NPC.
p6x ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the p6x online gaming platform accessible at p6x.biz (the "Platform") under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). p6x is legally required to disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council ("AMLC"), the National Privacy Commission, and other competent Philippine government authorities when legally obligated to do so. In the event of a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or sale of all or part of p6x's business or assets, personal data held by p6x may be transferred to the successor entity as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such transfer that materially affects your privacy rights via the Platform or your registered email address.
Some of p6x's service providers, including cloud infrastructure and game software providers, may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines to a country that does not offer an equivalent level of data protection, p6x implements appropriate safeguards, including contractual data processing agreements that impose data protection obligations equivalent to those required under the Data Privacy Act.
By using the p6x Platform, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to third-party service providers located outside the Philippines, subject to the safeguards described in this section.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data p6x holds about you, along with information about how it is being processed.
You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data p6x holds about you.
Subject to legal retention obligations, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the original purpose of collection.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. Opt-out of marketing is also available directly from your account settings.
You may request that p6x temporarily suspend the processing of your personal data while we assess the accuracy or lawfulness of that processing.
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to request its transfer to another personal information controller.
p6x may decline requests that are clearly unfounded, repetitive, or that would require disclosure of another person's personal data without appropriate consent. If your request is declined, p6x will provide a written explanation of the reasons.
The p6x Platform is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years and above. p6x does not knowingly collect personal data from persons below the age of 21. If p6x becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, that account will be immediately suspended, the personal data will be deleted as required by law, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR in accordance with regulatory requirements.
p6x may send you marketing communications about promotions, bonuses, new games, and platform features by SMS, email, or in-platform notification, where you have provided explicit consent to receive such communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time by:
Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, and does not affect the sending of service-related communications (such as account security alerts, deposit confirmations, or withdrawal notifications) which are necessary for the operation of your account.
p6x reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, NPC regulations, PAGCOR requirements, or our data processing practices. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or the way in which we process your personal data, p6x will notify you via the Platform or your registered email address prior to the change taking effect.
The effective date at the top of this Policy indicates when the most recent version took effect. Continued use of the Platform after a policy amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in the Terms & Conditions.
