These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the p6x platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, gameplay, and all related services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering with p6x you accept these terms in full.

p6x is strictly restricted to users who are 21 years of age or older. This is a mandatory PAGCOR regulatory requirement for all casino-class gaming platforms in the Philippines. Accounts found to be registered by or on behalf of a minor will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited pending investigation.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one p6x account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or via another person — is a material breach of these Terms. p6x reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and permanently ban the player from the platform.
Minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Funds may not be withdrawn while bonus wagering requirements remain active.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution rates, minimum qualifying deposits, and expiry periods vary by promotion. Abuse of bonus structures — including match-betting or systematic exploitation — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. p6x will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. Any activity conducted from your account is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access to support immediately. p6x is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. p6x operates under a PAGCOR license and is subject to Philippine gaming regulations. Disputes that cannot be resolved through p6x's internal complaint process may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and p6x (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the p6x online gaming platform, accessible at p6x.biz (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by p6x under a valid licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR").
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the p6x Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms are written in English and govern the English-language version of the Platform serving the Philippine market. In all matters, the English text of these Terms constitutes the authoritative version.
Use of the p6x Platform is strictly limited to natural persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. This requirement is mandatory under PAGCOR's regulatory framework governing casino-class online gaming in the Philippines. p6x employs identity verification procedures, including document-based Know Your Customer ("KYC") checks, to enforce this requirement.
Any Player who provides false information regarding their age or identity for the purpose of gaining access to the Platform will have their account immediately suspended. Any winnings or funds in such an account may be forfeited pending full investigation. p6x reserves the right to refer such cases to the appropriate authorities.
The p6x Platform is designed and licensed to serve players located in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are physically located in the Philippines or are a Filipino citizen accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited; (b) online gambling is not illegal under the laws applicable to you in your specific location; and (c) you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which p6x has restricted or blocked access.
p6x does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws.
To register an account on p6x, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your: full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are required to verify your mobile number via one-time password ("OTP") at the time of registration.
p6x reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in connection with identity verification, source of funds verification, or as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by p6x may result in account restriction or suspension.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, p6x requires Players to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), Philippine Passport, Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's Licence, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Voter's ID, Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID, and Tax Identification Number (TIN) card with photograph.
Players must submit a legible photograph or scan of the relevant identification document together with a real-time selfie. KYC is processed within thirty (30) minutes on weekdays during business hours; processing times may be longer during weekends and public holidays.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) p6x account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or through a third party acting on the Player's behalf — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Upon detection of duplicate accounts, p6x will close all duplicate accounts, cancel all pending bonuses and free-play credits associated with those accounts, and may permanently ban the individual from the Platform. Any winnings generated using duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords ("OTPs") associated with your account. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access or use your account.
p6x will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from p6x that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You must notify p6x immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. p6x shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
All p6x accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are processed and displayed in Philippine Peso. p6x does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not offer currency conversion services. Players depositing via payment methods denominated in foreign currencies do so at their own risk and will be responsible for any conversion fees or exchange rate differences imposed by their payment provider.
p6x accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, PNB (via InstaPay and PESONet), 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, and Palawan Express. Payment methods available to a specific Player may vary depending on their account verification status and geographic location.
The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso One Hundred (₱100.00). Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform. Players may request increases to deposit limits subject to enhanced KYC verification and p6x's discretion.
Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits under the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Self-imposed deposit limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before they can be increased.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to the Player's account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are typically credited within fifteen (15) minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to one (1) business day to process. Over-the-counter deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, which may take up to two (2) hours. p6x is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso Two Hundred (₱200.00). Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits by the same Player, except where an alternative is approved by p6x in writing.
Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within approximately fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days. Withdrawal requests in excess of Philippine Peso Fifty Thousand (₱50,000.00) may be subject to enhanced verification and may take up to four (4) business hours to process.
Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements. p6x reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any fraud investigation, AML review, or identity verification check. In circumstances where p6x reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, p6x may freeze all withdrawals from an account indefinitely pending investigation.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the p6x Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, which are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is made available. These general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless specifically superseded by promotion-specific terms.
Bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before the bonus funds or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, the eligible games, and the game contribution rates applicable to each promotion are specified in the promotion-specific terms. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates: Live Casino and Table Games typically contribute at a lower rate than Slots.
Unless otherwise specified in promotion-specific terms, bonus funds expire seven (7) days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the Player's account automatically. p6x will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
p6x reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus, promotion, or associated winnings in cases where p6x determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using third-party software, bots, or artificial intelligence to systematically exploit bonus structures; making low-risk or guaranteed-return wagers for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements; or any other conduct designed to obtain a financial advantage from a promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
Each game available on the p6x Platform is governed by individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By placing a wager in any game, the Player accepts the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.
In the event of a game malfunction, systems error, or any event that results in an incorrect game outcome, p6x reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account. p6x shall have no further liability to the Player in connection with a malfunction. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the operating standard for all p6x game products.
p6x is not responsible for loss of service, connection interruptions, or any damage resulting from a Player's internet connection failure during gameplay. If a connection failure occurs during a live game session, the game will be resolved based on the pre-determined outcome where applicable, or the wager will be returned to the Player's account in accordance with the platform's disconnection policy for the relevant game type.
Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games on the p6x Platform. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may be adjusted by p6x at any time without prior notice. p6x may at its discretion impose personal betting limits on any Player account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p6x Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds in the account:
p6x is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of problem gambling among its players. The Platform provides a range of tools and resources to assist Players in managing their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from the Responsible Gaming section of the Player's account settings.
Players who wish to self-exclude from the p6x Platform may do so by accessing the Self-Exclusion section within their account settings or by contacting p6x support. Self-exclusion is available for defined periods (minimum one week) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be disabled, all marketing communications will cease, and the Player will be prevented from registering a new account. p6x reserves the right to close any new account registered in breach of an active self-exclusion.
p6x takes underage gambling extremely seriously. We conduct age verification at registration and prior to the processing of any withdrawal. If p6x has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending identity verification. If the Player is confirmed to be under 21, the account will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
p6x collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at p6x.biz/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
p6x processes personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. p6x implements technical and organisational security measures proportionate to the sensitivity of the personal data held, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit.
All content on the p6x Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game titles, audio clips, and data compilations, is the property of p6x or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No other licence or right is granted.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the p6x Platform without the prior written consent of p6x.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p6x, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any technical failure, systems error, or network disruption; (c) any unauthorised access to or use of your account; or (d) any content or conduct of third parties on the Platform.
In no event shall p6x's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your p6x account at any time by contacting p6x support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, p6x will process any outstanding withdrawable balance to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing requirements. Account closure does not affect any liability incurred prior to the date of closure.
p6x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to provide required identity or verification documentation; suspected fraud or money laundering; regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or other competent authority; or where continued operation of the account would constitute a risk to the Platform's compliance obligations.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, p6x may forfeit any balance in the account. Where an account is closed for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to Player conduct, p6x will process any withdrawable balance subject to standard verification requirements.
p6x reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, p6x will provide reasonable notice to Players via the Platform and/or registered email address prior to the amendment taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date.
Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not affect Player rights or obligations, and updates required to maintain compliance with applicable law — may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute arising under these Terms.
Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to submit a written complaint to p6x's support team. p6x will endeavour to resolve all complaints within seven (7) business days. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution process.
